Judgment Day

They call me Slash. With sword in hand, I struggle against the angel of justice. We have fought for days, or has it been years? His sword has sliced me through more times than I can count.
After each battle, the angel of sorrow tries to bring me redemption.
What landed me here? The angel of deeds says I snapped one day and took out some coworkers. Don’t remember except it was a rush. I have no regrets.
Today, I lost my left hand. A thousand voices sing a mournful song. Rain falls.
I raise my sword one last time.
