All the news that's fit to print...

Before I ramble on and forget the most important part of this post, this week's featured story is "Crossroads" by Rebecca Buchanan. Please do go and read it. Enjoy some of our other stories while you're at it, this blog post will be here when you get back.

Now then, today, May 1st, is the offical start of the Geek Girls Book Club reading of "The Hobbit" by the venerable J.R.R. Tolkien. You can join in on all the fun on Twitter, Goodreads, or Facebook. Come throw a little support behind the fine, fantasy-reading ladies of the interwebs. We are proud readers of fantasy literature! Hear us roar!

We would like to acknowledge a bit of sad news for our fellow genre fiction fans. Joanna Russ passed away in hospice this past Friday.

In Luna Station news, we have only two more weeks left for submissions! Get your stories in now to be considered for the next issue!

We would also like to thank SF Signal and @SeandBlogonaut for helping to get the word out about Luna Station. Thanks for mentioning us, guys!
